SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER / LEASING MANAGER | $105K + SUPER | DOCKLANDS

This is a BIG opportunity.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the launch of a brand-new residential precinct in Docklands, with five towers planned as the development progresses.

The successful candidate will initially come on board for the first tower, with approximately 200 apartments forming the starting portfolio. As the building is progressively brought online, the role will have a strong focus on leasing, resident onboarding and Property Management as the precinct comes to life.

The second tower is expected to come online within the following few months, with three additional towers to follow as the development progresses.

The Role:

For approximately the first 12 months, this will be a hybrid Senior Property Management / Leasing Manager position.

You will be heavily involved in:

- Leasing new apartments as each stage comes online
- Building the initial resident community
- Managing the portfolio as the building becomes operational
- Establishing processes and procedures
- Delivering an exceptional resident experience
- Working closely with the development and onsite teams
- Supporting the continued growth of the precinct
- Helping shape how the Property Management function operates

Dedicated leasing support will be provided, with additional Property

Management support introduced as the portfolio grows.

The Career Progression:

As the development progresses, there are two potential career pathways:

Option 1: Continue overseeing multiple towers and build a larger Property Management team around you.

Option 2: Take ownership of your own tower as a dedicated Senior Property Manager,



with additional Property Management support brought in as the second tower comes online.

The longer-term intention is for the successful candidate to transition into a pure Senior Property Management position once the precinct is established.
