SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER | UP TO $100K PACKAGE + SUPER | INNER NORTH An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a boutique real estate agency in Melbourne's Inner North.

The Property Management department is a close-knit team, and they're looking for a mature and experienced Property Manager who can confidently take ownership of a portfolio while contributing positively to the wider team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 150 properties
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Handling day-to-day portfolio management
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing inspections and compliance requirements
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters
- Managing arrears and outstanding issues
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers




- Preparing and maintaining accurate property documentation
- Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with Victorian legislation
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team

What We're Looking For:

- Approximately 5-6+ years of Property Management experience
- Strong end-to-end portfolio management experience
- Confident managing a substantial portfolio independently
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident handling difficult conversations and resolving issues
- Mature and professional approach
- Strong team-focused attitude
- Ability to hit the ground running
