About the role An experienced Senior Technician role to run jobs independently, mentor junior techs, and deliver quality remediation from assessment through to sign-off. Overtime and On-Call is a regular part of the role, with penalty rates paid.
Key responsibilities
- Lead water damage and mould remediation jobs start to finish
- Moisture assessments, psychrometric readings, drying plans
- Set up and monitor extraction/drying equipment
- Mentor junior technicians on site
- Liaise with clients
- Job documentation, scope notes, photos
About you
- 2+ years' hands-on water damage restoration experience
- IICRC WRT certification required; ASD desirable
- Solid grasp of psychrometrics and drying science
- Current driver's licence
- Comfortable leading a crew and working independently
- Available for overtime and emergency callouts
- Physically fit, comfortable in tight spaces/heights
