Stephanie Marie Hair Boutique is Mackay’s luxe, senior-only salon, specialising in balayage, blondes and beautifully blended, lived-in colour.

Located in the heart of Mackay, SMHB is a soft, feminine and welcoming space where luxury is never intimidating. We care deeply about healthy hair, thoughtful service and creating an experience that helps every client feel completely looked after.

We prioritise balance within the team, operating Tuesday through to Friday only.

As SMHB enters its next chapter—bringing together luxury, hair health and wellness—we’re looking for an experienced Senior Stylist who wants to grow with us.
