Public Relations Officer – Role Summary
The Public Relations Officer – International Markets will lead PR, corporate communications and stakeholder engagement across Australia and key international markets.

The role will build strategic relationships and strengthen Miracle Worker Migration Solutions Pty Ltd T/A MW Migration Solutions (MWMS) brand, reputation and international presence, with a focus on the Philippines, South Africa, Zimbabwe and emerging markets including South America through effective, culturally appropriate communications and engagement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Developing and implementing PR and corporate communication strategies aligned with MWMS’s business objectives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with employers, recruitment networks, education providers, professional organisations, community groups and international partners.
- Developing culturally appropriate communications and campaigns for international markets.
- Managing content across websites, social media, newsletters and other communication channels.
- Planning and coordinating seminars, webinars,



events and public engagement activities.
- Researching market trends, stakeholder perceptions and opportunities for international growth.
- Monitoring PR and engagement outcomes and providing reports and recommendations to management.
- Protecting and strengthening MWMS’s corporate reputation and ensuring consistent messaging.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Relevant qualification in PR, communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
- Proven PR, communications or stakeholder engagement experience.
- Strong writing, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience developing communications, campaigns and events.
- Robust organisational, research and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently across diverse international markets.
- International or multicultural experience.
- Experience in migration, recruitment or education.
- International stakeholder networks.
- Additional language skills.

NOTE: The role will be required to work in the Karratha office from time to time.
