You current role:

- Promote the "Customer Orientated" value within the Supply Chain Organisation
- Build an intimate relationship with Firmenich commercial partners and Customers' key representatives
- Provide solid customer service support to commercial and prospects.
- Have close collaboration with commercial and related' stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver challenging customers' requirements / needs
- Versatile and quick to address customer, commercial and related stakeholder's challenges/concerns while ensuring on time deliveries (Post Goods Issued timely)
- Maintain clear effective communications with customers by highlighting potential issues,



opportunities and action plans if such situations arise
- Thorough follow up and closure on customer feedback and complaints
- Monitor & track overseas shipments from affiliates till customers' receipt besides overseeing local plant supply to customers
- Assist in reducing overall inventory costs by optimizing forecast, providing good analysis and provision of customer demand, rigorous monitoring of on time delivery
- Participate in projects which require Customer Experience involvement

Experience needed:

- Good computer literacy and ability to master systems & tools: SAP, Atlas, Cristal
- In-depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes
- Proven ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients
- Team player, able to work with many different functions and people
- Being organised
- A proactive growth mindset and a can-do attitude
- Degree/diploma highly advantageous

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years working experience as commercial assistant, customer service and supply chain with SAP experience essential.
