Who are we looking for?
- Graduates with degrees in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Criminology, Cybersecurity, Intelligence Analysis, Law, Psychology.
About the Program:
This 12-month program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and industry leading training to set you up for long term success in the investigations industry. You will work alongside passionate investigators, analysts and managers, learning from the best in the business.
What You’ll Gain:
- Comprehensive Induction: Get equipped with the tools you need, including a welcome pack, laptop, and mobile phone, plus training in our case management system.
- Mentorship: Receive daily support from peers and a dedicated mentor, plus weekly 1:1 development sessions.
- Skills Training:
Build expertise in report writing, OSINT (open-source intelligence) methods and investigative searching techniques.
- Growth opportunities: Celebrate your achievements at the end of the program and map out your next steps with opportunities to become a mentor for our next ‘New Grad’ cohort!
