RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Verify that deliverables meet specified requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and project reports, highlighting strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Tertiary qualified with a comprehensive understanding of commercial and contractual aspects.
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in civil contracting, specifically in water-related infrastructure projects.
- Possess a deep appreciation for engineering techniques and construction processes.




- Capable of assessing site conditions through physical inspections and interpreting surveys and investigations.
- Practical, hands-on approach combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
