This is an opportunity to join a supportive multidisciplinary team where you’ll work closely with clients, families, carers and other professionals to develop practical, evidence-based strategies that improve quality of life and promote greater independence.

- $95,000 - $110,000 + super + salary packaging + bonuses + more!
- Full time position with an expectation to complete 5.5 billables per day

About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based behaviour support plans
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers and support teams
- Implement positive behaviour support strategies
- Monitor outcomes and adjust interventions where required
- Provide education, coaching and guidance to families, carers and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting




- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals
- Support clients to build independence, participation and quality of life

About You

We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner who has:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related discipline
- Current registration as a Core, Proficient or Advanced PBS Practitioner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build rapport with clients, families and support networks
- A person-centred and evidence-based approach
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Current Australian working rights
