The Opportunity:

Working across both clinic and community settings, you'll support individuals with injury rehabilitation, functional capacity assessments, workplace assessments, return-to-work planning, activity modification, and achieving sustainable health outcomes.

This role is particularly well suited to Occupational Therapists who:

- Enjoy working in rehabilitation, injury management, and occupational rehabilitation
- Have an interest in Workers Compensation, CTP, or Return to Work services
- Like working towards measurable client outcomes and KPI targets
- Value autonomy while having access to strong team support
- Enjoy a mix of office,



clinic, workplace, and community-based work
- Want explicit career progression pathways within a national organisation

About You:

- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
- Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation, Workers Compensation, CTP, Employment Services, or Injury Management experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
