The Role:

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you’ll work alongside experienced clinicians to provide OT support to adults and veterans across rehabilitation, functional capacity, vocational goals and everyday participation.
Depending on your interests, there is scope to develop experience in areas including:

- Physical rehabilitation
- Mental health




- Vocational rehabilitation and return to work
- Functional assessments
- Assistive technology and equipment
- Home and workplace modifications
- Cognitive rehabilitation
- Injury and pain management
- Community participation and independence

You Will:

- Complete occupational therapy assessments
- Support clients to improve independence and participation
- Develop individualised rehabilitation and support plans
- Learn about functional capacity and vocational rehabilitation
- Assist with equipment and assistive technology recommendations
- Support home, workplace and community-based interventions
- Work collaboratively with clients and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Develop your clinical reasoning, report writing and case management skills
- Participate in ongoing supervision, mentoring and professional development

About You:

We’re looking for a new graduate Occupational Therapist who:

- Has recently graduated, or is graduating soon
- Is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes
- Is eager to learn and develop as an OT
- Is open to exploring different areas of adult Occupational Therapy
- Enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Holds, or is eligible for, AHPRA registration
