Are you an L1.5 MSP Engineer ready to step up?
We're recruiting for an established Managed Services Provider looking for a hands-on Systems Engineer to join its Canberra team.
This is not a traditional Level 1 Service Desk role. You must have solid MSP experience, be able to work independently and be ready to progress into L2 and project work within 6 months.

The Role
You'll work across:

- Microsoft 365 & Entra ID
- Intune & Autopilot
- Windows and end-user support
- General networking
- Remote troubleshooting and monitoring
- Client support and incident management
- On-site support across the ACT
- Meeting customers face-to-face
- L2 and project work as you develop

You'll be part of a small Canberra team, so autonomy, reliability and ownership are essential.

Progression
You'll start on $85K + Super.
After probation,



you'll begin taking on project work, with the expectation that within approximately 6 months you can deliver work end-to-end and independently.
If you prove you can consistently deliver from start to finish, you'll progress to L2 Systems Engineer, with salary increasing to $90K-$110K + Super, depending on capability and experience.

What We're Looking For
MSP experience is essential.

- MUST be an Australian Citizen or PR - essential
- 2-3+ years' IT experience (L1/L2)
- Currently operating at L1.5 level
- Strong Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
- Hands-on Intune & Autopilot
- Valuable general networking knowledge
- Robust troubleshooting skills
- Confident dealing with customers
- Able to work autonomously and take ownership
- You need pace, initiative and the ability to get things done
