About the Organisation & Position

The team provide therapy and assessment services to those living with complex diagnoses and disabilities. In clinic and in various community settings.
The team support clients across the lifespan, with exposure to a broad range of presentations, including ASD, developmental delay, Neurological conditions, AAC, Swallowing, Intellectual Disabilities and more. Your caseload can be shaped around your strengths and areas of interest, with opportunities to broaden your clinical experience over time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and delivering individualised therapeutic programs
- Supporting communication, participation and functional outcomes
- Partnering with families, carers and other professionals to develop practical strategies
- Working alongside allied health colleagues to coordinate client-centred care
- Managing a caseload aligned with your experience, interests and development objectives
- Contributing to team discussions, clinical planning and service improvement
- Accessing ongoing supervision and professional development to strengthen your clinical practice
Key Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia certification
- Ability to work autonomously & within a team setting
- Experience working within the disability sector
- Current National Police Clearance, Working With Children Check
- Current drivers license & NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Junior clinicians are encouraged to apply
