Travis McLeod from ri-kroot is currently recruiting for 2 mechanical fitters with either pump or gearbox experience to join a specialist heavy machinery contractor on the Northern Gold Coast.

Conveniently located off the M1 in Yatala, this role is paying $57.50 per hour on casual probation (6 months) & super, with weekly OT available, no weekends required.

Based in their state of the art and well-equipped workshop, with occasional site mining and manufacturing site work for breakdowns, the requirements for this role are;

- Cert 3 Mechanical Fitter
- Industrial pump maintenance and repair skills
- Industrial gearbox overhaul skills
- Solid workshop machining skills
- Physically fit and able to work well within a team
- Reliable with excellent work ethic




- Seeking a permanent role with growth
- PPE, mechanical hand tools and transport to site
