- Oversee daily site operations, structural trade execution, and site safety.
- Drive concrete structure and steel erection packages to schedule.
- Coordinate sub-contractors, site deliveries, materials, and machinery.
- Enforce quality assurance, WHS compliance, and site housekeeping protocols.
- Partner with Project Managers and Site Managers to maintain project milestones.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven track record as a Site Supervisor on commercial construction builds.
- Hands-on experience supervising structural concrete works and heavy steel frameworks.
- Strong trade coordination, communication, and site problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of local WA building codes and safety regulations.
- Valid White Card, trade background or tertiary qualification,



and WA working rights.
