Senior to Associate Civil Engineer – Land Development 180 to 150k

Our Client, an Established and Growing Multi-Discipline Engineering Consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior to Associate Civil Engineer to join its Civil Team in Perth.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong Land Development background to take on greater technical responsibility, client exposure and project leadership within a high-performing team.

The Opportunity:
You will work across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial land development projects, taking responsibility for civil design, project delivery and client engagement.

The role would suit an experienced Senior Civil Engineer looking to step into an Associate position, or an existing Associate seeking a broader leadership opportunity.

You will be involved in:

- Civil Design Leadership and Delivery Land Development projects
- Road, drainage, earthworks and stormwater design
- Stormwater management and WSUD solutions
- Site grading and civil infrastructure design
- Project management and technical delivery
- Liaising with clients, councils, authorities and other consultants
- Reviewing designs and providing technical guidance to junior engineers
- Supporting business development and maintaining solid client relationships
- Mentoring and developing engineers within the Civil team

What We're Looking For:
We are interested in speaking with Civil Engineers who have:

- Senior to Associate-level experience within consulting engineering
- Strong experience delivering Land Development projects
- Solid technical capability across roads, drainage, earthworks and stormwater
- Strong understanding of Australian Civil Design standards and Authority requirements
- The ability to manage projects from concept through to delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine interest in developing people,



projects and client relationships
