I’m partnering with several providers across Melbourne and regional Victoria who are hiring Speech Pathologists into community, clinic and mixed roles, with salaries from $80,000–$120,000 + super depending on experience and responsibilities.

You can choose metro Melbourne, regional hubs, or roles that split clinic and community work.

Role options

- Melbourne metro: Clinic-based and mixed caseload roles (paeds + some adult), strong MDT and supervision.

- Regional Victoria: Community-focused positions, travel in local areas, strong ties with schools, ECEC and local services.

- Hybrid roles: A mix of clinic, telehealth and community visits, ideal if you like variety and autonomy.
