About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Full time Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store, overseeing staff, food safety standards, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, roster, and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with company SOPs, recipes, and food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
- Handle cash management, POS reconciliation, and daily reporting
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner

Shifts & Availability

- Full-Time Role: Guaranteed 38 ordinary hours per week
- Additional hours beyond 38 hours may occur based on business needs (paid under Award overtime provisions)
- Flexible availability required (weekdays, weekends, and evenings; shift window approx. 6:30 AM – 8:30 PM)




- Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Pay & Conditions

- Pay rates are fully compliant with the Fast Food Industry Award 2020 [MA000003]
- Probation & Training Period (approx. 2–3 months, depending on skill level): $30.80 / hour
- Post-Training Rate: $31.50 – $37.00 / hour (determined by store size and individual performance)
- Employment Status: Full-Time (Adult Rate) + 12.00% Superannuation + Paid Annual Leave + Paid Sick Leave
- Penalty rates (Weekends/Public Holidays) and Overtime apply separately in accordance with the Award based on the hourly rate
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing career development.

Please note: Store placement after training will consider your residential location, though some commuting distance may still occur. Junior rates apply separately in accordance with the Award.

Requirements

- Valid Australian working rights (Required)
- Previous kitchen experience (especially sushi roll making) is preferred, but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Robust communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $30.80 – $37.00 per hour
