As the brand scales rapidly across retail, e-commerce, and foodservice, they’re looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented Supply Chain & Operations Intern to join their high-performing team in Surry Hills. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how supply chain works inside a fast-paced consumer brand—and play a real part in keeping everything flowing smoothly.

The Role

The Supply Chain & Operations Intern will support Morning Made’s operations team across procurement, logistics, production planning, and retail fulfillment. This is a great role for someone who’s analytical, organized, and eager to build a career in supply chain or FMCG.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating procurement, logistics, and inventory management across suppliers, manufacturers, and warehouses

- Help manage relationships with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and fulfillment partners

- Monitor and update inventory levels to reduce risk of stockouts or excess stock





- Support demand forecasting and assist with planning for promotions and launches

- Contribute to cost analysis across sourcing, freight, and warehousing

- Assist in tracking compliance across food safety and regulatory requirements

- Help coordinate recent product launches, working cross-functionally with the marketing and sales team

- Work closely with the finance team to align operations with budget and forecasting needs

Who They're Looking For

- A student or recent graduate in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field

- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills

- Analytical thinker with basic experience in forecasting, inventory, or logistics

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

- Bonus: experience with FMCG, food & beverage, or wellness brands
