Join our caring and dedicated aged care team as a Support Worker, offering flexible work that fits your availability while helping our clients maintain their independence at home.
Summary:
- Role: Community Support Qualified (Casual)
- Where: We support customers across Adelaide and aim to schedule your shifts within your local area, with no more than 25 minutes of driving.
- Pay: Rates start at $43 per hour including casual loading + penalties + superannuation.
- Shifts: Regular Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
- Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries,
travelling to medical appointments
- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
- Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
- Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
- Provide updates on customer progress following each service
About you:
- Caring, compassionate & friendly
- Good interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skills
- Reliable & dependable
- Ability to build rapport & good working relationships
- Comfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedback
What you will need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Criminal Record Check
- Updated First Aid, CPR & Manual Handling Certificates
- Current Driver's License
- Reliable access to a roadworthy vehicle.
- Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
- Smart phone with internet access
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, Disability Services or a related qualification is desirable but not essential.
