Quest Collective is a Sunshine Coast and Brisbane NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living, ILO informed supports and one-to-one mentoring for teens and adults. We're not trying to be the biggest provider on the Coast. We're building the most trusted, person-centred, values-driven one. The role

We call our support workers mentors, because that's what the job actually is. You won't just be filling shifts. You'll be walking alongside participants as they build real capacity and independence, whether that's in one of our SIL homes, an ILO shared home, or through one-to-one mentoring in the community (minimum 15 hours per week per participant).

Every shift follows a transparent structure, every participant has real goals, and you'll be part of a team that raises the standard rather than coasting. We believe the participant is the expert on themselves, and our job is to back them.

What you'll need

- 2+ years experience in NDIS, child safety or community services
- Experience supporting people with complex behaviours
- Blue Card, Yellow Card and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Cert III Individual Support (Disability), held or willing to obtain
- Full open driver's licence and right to work in Australia

We're looking for mentors ready to commit for the long haul, not a stopgap between jobs.
