What You Need to Know About Your New Role

Training:Receive paid training in a supportive workplace.

Helping Customers:Use self-service portals to help you and your customer resolve their enquiries

Building Connections:Make every customer feel valued and heard with genuine connections

Customer Care:Deliver top-notch service in every interaction, leaving customers happy and satisfied

Start Dates: Multiple start dates over the next few months

Roster: Work a rotating roster, between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday

Location:100% in office role at 31 Troode St, West Perth

Training Requirement : Mandatory 6-weeks full-time training Monday -Friday, before moving to Part-time Roster

Part-time roster requirement: Working a minimum of 30 hours over 4 days with Mondays as a mandatory work day
