Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator (Max term contract)

NDIS Mental Health & Disability Support Services

Contract: Full-time, max term to July 2027 (potential for permanency) | Start: ASAP

Magnus Health Pty Ltd, 2026 Logan Business of Year (Large), is a registered NDIS provider delivering specialist mental health and high-intensity disability supports. We operate 18 Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses and provide Community Access supports across Brisbane North, Brisbane South, and the Gold Coast. Our mission is to enhance participants’ quality of life through dedicated, person-centred care.

The Opportunity

Due to maternity leave and significant growth over the past 12–18 months, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment, primarily for our casual Support Worker workforce, while providing hands-on HR coordination.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, loves connecting with candidates, and takes pride in building strong talent pipelines in the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for casual Support Workers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract quality candidates.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct screening interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments.

Talent Pipeline & Employer Brand

- Strengthen candidate attraction and employee engagement initiatives.
- Build referral partnerships with TAFEs, universities,



and community organisations.
- Contribute to employer branding, social media content, and local attraction activities.

HR Coordination & Reporting

- Maintain accurate employee records in Employment Hero.
- Track and report on recruitment and employee lifecycle metrics.
- Assist with workforce planning, people reporting, and continuous improvement of HR systems.
- Produce regular recruitment, compliance, and HR reports for People & Culture Manager.

About You

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and HR administration (disability, healthcare, or community services preferred).
- Thrives in a high-engagement, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident liaising with candidates, managers, and external partners.
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Values-driven, with a genuine interest in making a difference for people with disability.

Requirements

- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Legal right to work in Australia.
