What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Own end-to-end hiring for all roles, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and nurture talent pipelines for our critical skill areas
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and forecast future hiring needs as we scale
- Coach and upskill hiring managers on interviewing best practice, backed by data
- Design and deliver standout onboarding experiences in partnership with our People team
- Champion diversity,



equity and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process
- Build our employer brand and be a visible ambassador for us in the market

Experience you’ll bring

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience as Talent Sourcer/Partner, with a solid track record in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or growth environments
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building
- Experience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics
