Your New Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join our Strategy & Transformation team. This is more than a traditional administration role. You'll be a trusted partner who helps keep our leaders, teams and key initiatives running smoothly while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
You'll support senior leaders across Strategy, Transformation and Value Management, helping coordinate key activities that enable enterprise-wide planning, prioritisation and transformation initiatives. You'll be at the centre of important business activities, connecting people, managing competing priorities and creating exceptional experiences for stakeholders across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:
You'll play a critical role in enabling team success through:
- Providing executive and administrative support to senior leaders
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, planning events and business forums
- Managing calendars, communications, travel arrangements and team logistics
- Supporting governance activities, board papers and leadership meetings
- Assisting with financial administration, vendor management and procurement activities
- Coordinating onboarding,
learning and development initiatives
- Driving team engagement, recognition, culture and wellbeing activities
- Building strong partnerships across the broader Executive and Team Assistant community
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

You'll likely bring
- Experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or business coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
- Experience supporting senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, Word,
Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
