We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent Team Leader to join our small, friendly family business.Are you a people person with a genuine desire to help clients every day? Are you a strong leader who can guide a team to go the extra mile?The position will be communicating daily with various clients, employees and contacts, being approachable and working well under pressure.The hours are:

Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm(plus only 1 in 5 weekends on call with allowances) Attractive pay rate, fuel allowance & work environmentCasual leading to Permanent (does Kev still want this, starting casual?)Work from home position??Your duties will include, but not limited to:

- Interviewing and onboarding of new staff after probation
- Maintain weekly roster & rostering staff leave requirements




- Organise and facilitate staff training & performance management
- Assist with incident reporting and risk management
- Meet recent clients & understand client needs including rostering requirements
- Monitor client goals & any health or mobility changes
- Attend stakeholder meetings

Skills and experience: The ideal candidate will be a leader who’s passionate about working with people with a disability and understands the inner workings & requirements of the disability support industry.
- Previous industry experience required
- Evidence of leadership ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- Client orientated with genuine desire to support your customers
- Enjoy leading a team and building a positive environment
- Adapt and adjust to changing work environments
- Be a people person!

Job Types: Casual leading to full time
- Monday to Friday
- On call - 1 in 6 weekends

Experience:
- Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:
- Australia

Work Location: Combination of at home and in the community

Pay: From $46.70 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
