In this full-time max term role (till end of July 2027) role, you'll lead our Staying on Track team across Mount Isa and the Gulf, helping young people successfully transition from detention back into their communities and create lasting change.

You will make a difference by:

- Leading, supporting and developing a high-performing team
- Building strong partnerships with young people, families, communities and Youth Justice
- Championing culturally responsive, trauma-informed practice
- Supporting effective transition planning and positive community connections
- Driving quality outcomes that strengthen wellbeing and reduce reoffending

- Experience leading teams in youth, community, justice or related settings
