We are seeking a hands on application developer who will work on our enterprise applications and integration platform to join the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).

As an IT Application Developer, in our Technology business area, you will design, develop, test and support secure, maintainable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, portals and web technologies.

Working across the full development lifecycle, you will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, contribute to solution design and documentation, and identify opportunities to improve business processes, user experience and system performance.

You will take ownership of allocated work, resolve technical issues and collaborate with business users, vendors, project teams and technical specialists to deliver quality outcomes.

Our ideal candidate

- has experience designing, developing, testing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, portal and web-based solutions
- analyses business requirements and translate them into practical, secure and maintainable technical solutions
- has experience across the Software Development Lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, support and continuous improvement
- understands DevOps practices, source control, release management and application lifecycle management
- takes ownership of their work, manages competing priorities and delivers quality outcomes
- communicates clearly, builds effective relationships and works collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience working within agile, multi-disciplinary or vendor-supported environments will be highly regarded but not essential.
