Introduction

ConsultANZ is seeking experienced Trade Professionals — Linespersons and Electrical Linesworker Assistants to join a top-tier contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Australia.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair overhead transmission lines.

- Work on high-voltage transmission structures and lines.

- Operate tensioning and winching equipment for line installation.

- Perform rigging and lifting activities as required.

- Follow all site safety and operational procedures.

Desired Experience & Qualification

- Certificate III in ESI – Transmission Overhead or equivalent.

- Relevant High Risk Work Licence or equivalent.





- Proven 7+ years of experience in overhead transmission line work.

- Experience operating tensioning and winching equipment.

- Willingness to obtain Rigger and Dogger tickets in Australia, with training fully funded by the company.

Package & Remuneration

- Attractive salary ranges between $180,000–$250,000 package, depending on experience.

- FIFO roster: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.

- Flights home provided during rostered time off.

- Accommodation provided.

- Rigger and Dogger tickets paid for by the company.

- 9-month project with an immediate start.

- Working as part of a 9–11 person crew.
