About You

What you will do in the role

- Assist Trade Counter customers with product enquiries and sales.
- Build strong customer and vendor relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain branch inventory and warehouse standards.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Develop product knowledge and complete vendor certifications.

Skills And Experiences

What you will need to succeed in the role

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence providing product advice and resolving customer issues.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or trade counter experience is highly regarded.
