Trade based phone Sales & Account

SupaBord is an Australian-owned supplier of premium temporary floor protection products supplied into independent hardware, flooring and trade-related retailers across Australia.

We are looking for a motivated and organised person to assist with the ongoing expansion of our national store network.

This is a remote-based role focused on:

- outbound store contact,
- relationship building,
- lead generation,
- account follow-up,
- and sales pipeline management within the hardware and trade sector.

The role involves contacting:
- independent hardware stores,
- building supply outlets,
- flooring retailers,
- and trade-focused businesses across Australia.

Some accounts are:
- existing customers,
- previous stockists,
- and current business opportunities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calling stores to identify purchasing contacts and decision makers
- Updating CRM/contact databases
- Introducing SupaBord products professionally
- Sending follow-up information and marketing material
- Following up interested accounts
- Recording notes and outcomes accurately




- Assisting in developing national account coverage

The role is relationship-focused and professional in nature. This is not aggressive telemarketing.

IDEAL APPLICANT

We are looking for someone who is:

- confident speaking with people
- organised and reliable
- comfortable making outbound calls
- professional and friendly
- capable of following systems and processes
- experienced with administration or customer service
- ideally familiar with hardware, construction or trade industries

Experience with:
- CRM systems
- MailChimp
- spreadsheets
- outbound sales
- or customer service
- is highly regarded.
