No experience is required – full training is provided. We’re looking for reliable, motivated people who are ready to learn and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
12-Hour Day Shifts – Condensed Work Week
- 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Work approximately 16 shifts per month
- Roster includes some Saturdays and Sundays
- Longer shifts mean more days off across the month
- Ideal for people who prefer a condensed working roster rather than a traditional five-day week
About the Role
As a Trainee Production Operator, you’ll learn how to work safely and confidently in a clean, regulated production workplace. You’ll be trained across different stages of the manufacturing process and supported by experienced team members throughout your traineeship.
You’ll gain experience in
- Packaging products
- Operating production machinery
- Assisting with setting up, cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Completing quality checks and documentation
- Following safety, hygiene and quality procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, routine and being part of a structured team.

Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who is:

- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and heavy lifting
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including rostered weekends
No previous manufacturing experience is required.
Important Information
- You must be eligible to undertake a traineeship (Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Appointment is subject to a pre-employment medical
- Reliable personal transport is required as public transport is not available
- Applicants must be available to work the full 12-hour roster, including rostered Saturdays and Sundays
