Looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing with a stable Monday to Friday roster?
This is a great opportunity to join a high-quality manufacturing environment as a Production Operator Trainee where you’ll earn while you learn and complete a Certificate III in Process Manufacturing.
No experience is required – full training is provided. We’re looking for reliable, motivated people who are ready to learn and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Day Shift – Monday to Friday - 7:00am – 3:00pm
About the Role
As a Trainee Production Operator, you’ll learn how to work safely and confidently in a clean, regulated production environment. You’ll be trained across different stages of the manufacturing process and supported by experienced team members throughout your traineeship.
You’ll gain experience in
- Packaging products
- Operating production machinery
- Assisting with setting up, cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Completing quality checks and documentation
- Following safety, hygiene and quality procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, routine and being part of a structured team.

- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and heavy lifting
- Available to work the day shift roster Monday to Friday
No previous manufacturing experience is required.
Important Information
- You must be eligible to undertake a traineeship (Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Appointment is subject to a pre-employment medical
- Reliable personal transport is required as public transport is not available
