CREST Education is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as CITE Trainee Teacher. Trainee Teachers are employed in the classroom for two days per week throughout the duration of their course, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive school environment. In addition to classroom teaching, trainees will participate in teaching rounds and tailored career development activities coordinated by the CITE Alliance.

Applications are invited from individuals who are currently enrolled in or planning to enrol in: a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Master of Teaching (M.Teach) course at Eastern College Australia (ECA) or Christian Heritage College (CHC - online).

The goals of the Alliance are:

- To provide Christian schools with a supply of Biblically formed graduate teachers.
- To present pre-service teachers with a model of initial teacher education that is grounded in a Christian worldview.
- To ensure pre-service teachers are trained in best practice and ready to teach at the end of their studies.
- To contribute to the growth of teaching and learning capacity across the Christian education sector.
