What you’ll do

- Coordinate and support incident, injury management and workplace safety processes across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate records, data integrity and reporting within health, safety and injury management systems.
- Assist leaders and specialists with incident triage, investigations, compliance activities and follow‑up actions.
- Deliver high‑quality administrative support, reporting, training coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Administrative experience in a fast‑paced workplace where accuracy and organisation are critical.
- The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
- Confidence learning and navigating multiple systems and databases.
- A genuine interest in workplace health, safety and employee wellbeing.
