NIOA Munitions is seeking a Production Workers to join our Benalla team, supporting the safe assembly and manufacture of munitions andEOproducts to strict quality,safetyand operating standards.

About the role
As a Production Worker, you will assembleEOproducts and support the manufacture of materialsin accordance withapproved work instructions,proceduresand operating manuals. You will work closely with production leaders and site teams to meet production standards and targets whilemaintaininga clean,safeand well-organised workplace.
Whatyou’lldo
- AssembleEOand related products in line with work instructions and procedures.
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow health, safety,qualityand environmental requirementsat all times.
- Complete production paperwork and workstation records accurately.
- Identifyand report equipment,productor quality issues to your team leader.
- Support production targets andassistwith alternative operational tasks during downtime or breakdowns.
About you
You will bring a strong safety mindset, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will be comfortable performing repetitive tasks to a high standard and following procedures in a controlled, quality-focused workplace.
To be successful, you will have
- High school education,
relevantexperience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- A clear understanding of workplace health, safety,qualityand environmental procedures.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills, with basic computer capability.
- Strong attention to detail, manualdexterityandgood timemanagement.
- The ability to stand forlong periodsand safely lift heavy objects whenrequired.
- Flexibility to workadditionalhours when needed to support delivery schedules.
Highly regarded
- Previousmanufacturing,productionor process workexperience.
- Experience or understanding ofenergetic materials.
- Minimum Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain andmaintainone.
