The organisation provides accessible, client-centred support through Physiotherapy and a range of allied health disciplines. It works with clients across several funding streams and has developed a strong referral network within the community.

About the Role
This is a contract opportunity for a Physiotherapist seeking community-based work with an established and growing caseload.

You will provide in-person Physiotherapy services within clients’ homes and other community settings. The caseload primarily consists of NDIS and DVA clients, alongside WorkCover referrals and a smaller number of Home Care Package clients.

There is strong existing demand for Physiotherapy services, including referrals the organisation has been unable to accept due to limited capacity. This provides the successful contractor with the opportunity to build consistent hours while maintaining autonomy over their workload.

Your responsibilities will include completing assessments, developing individualised treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions and working with clients to improve their mobility, independence and overall quality of life.

What You'll Need

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Ability to work under a contract arrangement
- ABN and appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- Community Physiotherapy experience is highly regarded
- Experience with NDIS, DVA, WorkCover or aged care clients is desirable
- Robust clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to manage your caseload independently
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Relevant worker screening and police checks, or willingness to obtain them
