The Opportunity:

Intermediate Accountant – $75,000 – $90,000 + Super depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Intermediate Accountant to join the Business Services team.

Working alongside experienced Managers and Partners, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and develop your technical accounting and taxation skills across a variety of compliance and advisory matters.

This role is ideally suited to an Accountant with 3+ years of Australian public practice experience who is looking to continue progressing their career and work towards their CA or CPA qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for a range of clients.
- Prepare BAS, IAS and GST compliance.
- Prepare detailed workpapers and supporting documentation.
- Assist with year-end tax planning and other compliance matters.
- Liaise directly with clients and the ATO when required.
- Assist senior team members with managing client portfolios.
- Develop strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.




- Work closely with Managers and Partners across a diverse client base.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- 3+ years’ experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm.
- Currently studying or having commenced CA or CPA, with CA preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within public practice.
- Robust attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with MYOB AE and Class would be highly desirable.
- A proactive and motivated approach to your work and professional development.
