We’re working with an established and highly regarded real estate business on Brisbane’s northside who are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their growing Property Management team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident managing a portfolio, enjoys working autonomously and is looking for a long-term prospect with strong support around them.

About the Role The business has strong operational support in place, allowing you to focus on delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants while maintaining a well-managed portfolio.

You’ll Ideally Have

- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong residential Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of PropertyMe
- QCAT experience
- Trust accounting knowledge would be advantageous
- The confidence to pick up the phone, communicate with clients and take ownership
