Stamco Group is currently seeking 2 experienced Underground Shift Supervisors for a long-term opportunity at Barto Gold Mine, Marvel Loch WA.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced underground leaders looking for above-market rates, roster flexibility and a long-term position working directly for the mine.
What's on Offer
- $1,260 per shift – above market rate
- $20,000 bonus
- Choice of 2/1 or 2/2 roster
- Bus In / Bus Out from Perth – approximately 3.5 hours
- LandCruiser provided for site use

About You
We're looking for experienced underground supervisors who can step into the operation, take ownership and make an immediate impact.
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Strong underground mining experience
- Previous experience in a Shift Supervisor / Underground Supervisor position
- Proven ability to lead and manage underground crews
- Robust focus on safety, production and team performance
- A reliable and consistent employment history
