About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Marion, supporting the Store Manager across all aspects of the store. You’ll be a visible leader on the shop floor, helping set the pace for the team, driving sales and making sure customers receive an experience that reflects the energy of the brand.

From coaching your team and managing the daily operation through to keeping on top of stock, VM and store performance, you’ll be someone who is comfortable making things happen. This is a great opportunity for a fashion retailer ready to take the next step and have a genuine impact within a busy, high energy store.

What you will do

- Drive sales performance and deliver strong store results across key KPIs
- Lead, coach and develop a passionate and engaged retail team
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional in-store experience
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations including rostering, stock control and compliance




- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and ensure new product is presented to its full potential
- Review store performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members
- Help create a positive, inclusive and energetic team environment
- Lead by example and remain hands-on across the store

What you will bring

- Previous Assistant Store Manager experience within fashion retail
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and motivating teams
- Confident leadership skills with a genuine interest in developing people
- A strong passion for womenswear, styling and current fashion trends
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs and store operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to stay organised and focused in a high-volume retail environment
- Resilience, enthusiasm and a positive approach
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the shop floor
