Property Manager | Inner Melbourne Portfolio | $80K–$90K + Super | WFH Flexibility

An established and growing property group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its Melbourne team.

This is a great opportunity for an intermediate Property Manager looking to step into a well-structured portfolio, earn a strong salary and join a business experiencing genuine growth.

You'll manage approximately 160 residential properties, predominantly concentrated around Melbourne's CBD, South Yarra, Prahran, St Kilda and surrounding inner-city suburbs.

The Role

You'll take ownership of an end-to-end residential portfolio, including:

- Rental provider and renter relationships
- Maintenance management
- Arrears and lease renewals
- Rent reviews
- VCAT and compliance matters
- Day-to-day portfolio management
- Delivering a high level of client service

What's On Offer

- $80,000–$90,000 + super (depending on experience)
- Portfolio of approximately 160 properties

- 1 day WFH after probation with the possibility of 2 days once established

About You

You'll ideally have 1-2+ years of residential Property Management experience and be ready to take ownership of your own portfolio.
You'll be organised, proactive and confident dealing directly with rental providers and renters, with a robust focus on communication and client service.

This would particularly suit a Property Manager who's ready to take the next step in their career without necessarily needing a Senior Property Manager title.
