Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Senior Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. They're a highly regarded luxury residential construction company delivering premium homes and bespoke building projects across Sydney. Their portfolio includes:

- Bespoke luxury residential homes
- High-end new builds and custom-designed residences
- Architecturally designed homes with exceptional attention to detail
- Premium renovations and extensions
- High-spec interiors and bespoke finishes
- Complex builds requiring meticulous planning and coordination
- Projects across Sydney's sought-after residential locations
- End-to-end delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

The successful candidate will take charge of day-to-day site operations, lead a team of tradespeople, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Preferred Requirements

- Quality experience in a supervisory or foreman role on construction or trade sites
- Experience on residential construction teams
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Competency in reading plans, specifications, and technical documentation




- Experience with project budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

Preferred Qualifications

- Formal trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in construction
- Supervisors license is advantageous
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- White Card (Construction Induction) or equivalent site safety accreditation.
