Our client is a leading international women's fashion brand with a growing presence across Australia and New Zealand, known for fashion-forward collections spanning apparel, accessories, swimwear, shapewear and activewear.

We're looking for a Store Manager to take the reins of their Myer Perth concession, leading a team, driving performance and creating the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back.

This is a role for a hands-on, commercially minded fashion leader who loves the floor, knows how to style a customer and isn't afraid to get stuck in and make things happen.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the driving force behind the store, balancing people, product and performance to deliver an exceptional retail experience.

You'll:

- Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Drive a solid customer-first culture through genuine, personalised service
- Use your styling expertise to create memorable customer experiences




- Build relationships with customers and turn great service into repeat business
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the concession always looks its best
- Manage budgets, sales targets and day-to-day commercial performance
- Train and develop your team, recognising potential and building capability
- Take ownership of the store and confidently make decisions in a concession environment

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally bring 2-3 years' retail management experience, with a background in women's fashion, apparel or a similar customer-focused environment.

More importantly, you'll be someone who:

- Loves fashion, styling and creating a great customer experience
- Is commercially driven and comfortable working with KPIs and budgets
- Has a natural ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
- Is confident working autonomously and taking ownership
- Has strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
- Brings energy, personality and a genuine passion for retail
- Can build strong customer relationships and lead from the front
- Has concession or department store experience, ideally within Myer or a similar environment
