Our client is a well-established real estate group with a strong presence across the Hunter, Newcastle and Northern Central Coast.
Servicing the local Hunter market, you'll be joining an established PM team — giving you the backing of a larger franchise without losing the feel of a local, close-knit office.

What you'll actually be doing...
This is a genuine end-to-end Property Management role for someone comfortable owning their portfolio and getting on with the job.
You'll be responsible for:

- Managing your residential portfolio from start to finish
- Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Managing maintenance, contractors and routine inspections
- Managing leases, renewals, terminations, arrears and tenancy matters
- Handling enquiries, issues and escalations
- Ensuring compliance with NSW legislation
- Keeping owners informed and delivering a high level of service
- Working collaboratively with the wider PM and internal teams

Who are we looking for...
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who is competent, capable and ready for a better way of working.
Ideally,



you'll have:

- 2+ years' residential Property Management experience
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of the PM lifecycle
- Confidence managing your own portfolio independently
- Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine focus on landlord and tenant relationships
- A willingness to remain hands-on, including conducting your own inspections
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence (essential)
- Current driver's licence
