The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of a mixed commercial portfolio, working closely with clients to understand their risks and provide tailored insurance solutions. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and have the autonomy to build strong, long‑term relationships.

Please note: this position is an onsite role based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage renewals, policy reviews and client retention
- Prepare Certificates of Currency and policy documentation




- Handle client enquiries and provide timely, professional support
- Negotiate terms with insurers and place cover
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client portfolios
- Maintain accurate records and compliance requirements

What You’ll Bring

- Solid experience in general insurance broking (commercial lines preferred)
- Solid client relationship and communication skills
- Tier 1 qualified
- Confidence negotiating with insurers
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and genuine client‑first mindset
