We're on the lookout for full-time Customer Service Consultants to join the team in their Sydney CBD office. This is more than a job - it's a chance to make a real difference to everyday Australians who need support navigating life's trickier moments.

What you'll be doing:

- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Help customers through their loan application journey with care and clarity
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to progress applications
- Provide timely updates and solve problems with a sense of urgency
- Bring empathy, warmth and active listening to every interaction
- Keep things moving - follow up with clients and partners to stay on track

What we're looking for:





- Clear, confident communicator with outstanding listening skills
- Empathetic and solutions-focused - you genuinely care about helping people
- Resilient and adaptable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, accurate and confident juggling multiple systems
- Contact centre experience is a big plus, but not essential
- Full working rights or on a Working Holiday Visa? No worries - you're welcome to apply
