OVERVIEW:
Our client is a well-established project management consultancy delivering a diverse range of property and construction projects across Australia.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can confidently manage projects independently while providing guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end delivery of projects across varying sectors
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Managing budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimise delays and cost overruns
- Maintaining accurate and detailed project documentation including contracts, design documentation, permits, and reporting
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members as part of the broader leadership development

CRITERIA:

- 6+ years’ client-side project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities




- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities
- Relevant property, construction or project management qualification preferred
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle required
