We’re seeking experienced Village Managers (Permanent Full Time) to join our dedicated remote village team in Queensland.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery, presentation, compliance and guest satisfaction.

About the Role

As Village Manager, you’ll lead and support a diverse village operations team, working closely with our client and internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building positive working relationships with clients, team members, suppliers and village residents
- Coordinating rosters, daily workloads and team coverage to support efficient village operations
- Conducting regular site inspections and operational checks to maintain Aroha Services’ standards
- Responding to client and resident feedback promptly and professionally
- Leading, supporting and supervising village team members across various operational areas
- Monitoring stock levels,



coordinating procurement and working with suppliers as required
- Promoting a robust culture of health, safety, quality and compliance across the village
- Completing required administration, reporting and operational documentation
- Supporting budget management and monitoring operational costs
- Ensuring the village is consistently presented to a high standard and operates efficiently
- Working collaboratively with Aroha Services management to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and the overall village experience

About You

- 5 Years Managerial Experience role within hospitality, facility management or similar industry
- Previous people management and project management experience
- Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug &alcohol; testing and police check
- Current full QLD Manual Driver’s license.
- Be based in Cairns
