What You’ll Do

- Clean and prepare guest rooms to our hotel’s high standards
- Make beds, change linen and towels, and refresh rooms for our guests
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and clean bathrooms
- Replenish toiletries, amenities and other guest supplies
- Keep corridors and public areas clean and tidy as required
- Restock housekeeping carts and linen rooms
- Report maintenance issues, damages and lost property
- Work efficiently and independently, while supporting your team to get rooms ready on time
- Deliver friendly, skilled service when interacting with guests
- Follow health, safety, hygiene and hotel security procedures

This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll be on your feet throughout the day, moving between guest rooms, bending, reaching, lifting and pushing a housekeeping trolley. You’ll need to be comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and working at pace while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
